ok, here goes. This is a pop song, so that is why it is so damn boring, and i appologise in advance for it's quality.

one sunny day
was looking for love in the sunrise
it went away
far from the smile in a girl's eyes
ride on a thought train
tell them from where you came
and where your going to
i havn't decided if i've found
something to do

another time
i could have told you i was rite
planes fly
out of my mind and in to the night
i'm ever doing and hardly knowing
what it means to you
i guess it's all worth it
if i find something to do

perhaps you'll tell me
you think i am crazy
or not being true
but it's hard to concidder
being with anyone
but you

happy times
sitting in wonderland
thinking
silly chrimes
thinking of you when i'm drinking
something that makes me
feel i'm not crazy
and not feel so blue
i hate to think it
but it's just something to do

wasting time
standing in line for a letdown
you'll be mine
when the sun and moon turn brown
carried away
i'm not smiling today
my hopes are all through
i know it was worthless, but it was something to do

This song would be better if stronger adjectives were used. I know, it's really difficult when poems or lyrics have a rhyme scheme, but the wording is really weak and doesn't take the meaning of the song very far.
I like the point of the song though. Very nice.

fair enough, point taken, and thanks for taking the time to actually read it in the first place, let alone reply.

I disagree Raven, lol. I think it's awesome the way it is. I see your point, though, that stronger adjectives would make it better, but I like it a lot the way it is now.

Yeah, the lyrics are crap, but if the song is good no one's evr going to care. Just imagine seeing the lyrics for "barbie Girl" or "Gheto Superstar" or "She Loves You", absolute rubish but with the right melody and the right song these could become the most memorized words this year, so basically, who caresif they suck (and even if I don't really see the art in these I've seen a heck of a lot worse lyrics, hundreds of them, so no need to be upset over my opinion, lol, you even agree with me per your original post).
Cheers
